TÍNH ĐIỂM HIỆU CHỈNH CÁC TẦNG Ý THỨC

 

Thông tin tổng quát

Trường năng lượng của ý thức có vô số chiều kích. Một số tầng cụ thể tương quan với ý thức của con người được hiệu chỉnh từ 1 đến 1.000. (Xem Phụ lục B: Bản đồ ý thức). Những trường năng lượng này phản ánh và thống trị ý thức của con người.

Vạn vật trong vũ trụ đều phát ra một tần số cụ thể hoặc trường năng lượng cực nhỏ vĩnh viễn được lưu lại trong lĩnh vực ý thức. Do đó, mỗi người hoặc sinh vật đã từng sống và bất cứ điều gì liên quan đến họ, bao gồm bất kỳ sự kiện, suy nghĩ, việc làm, cảm giác hoặc thái độ nào đều được vĩnh viễn ghi lại và có thể được truy xuất tại bất kỳ thời điểm nào trong hiện tại hoặc tương lai.

Kỹ thuật

Phản ứng kiểm tra cơ là phản ứng “có” hoặc “không có” (không) trước một tác nhân kích thích cụ thể nào đó. Kiểm tra bằng cách bảo đối tượng đưa thẳng cánh tay ra đằng trước, người kiểm tra dùng hai ngón tay ấn nhẹ xuống cổ tay của cánh tay đang đưa ra của đối tượng. Thường thì tay kia của đối tượng cầm chất cần kiểm tra và đặt lên vùng bụng ở phía dưới xương sườn (solar plexus – đám rối dương). Người kiểm tra nói với đối tượng kiểm tra, “Chống lại ”, nếu chất được kiểm tra có lợi cho đối tượng, cánh tay sẽ mạnh mẽ, tức là khó ấn xuống. Nếu nó không có lợi hoặc nó có tác dụng ngược, cánh tay sẽ yếu đi, tức là dễ bị ấn xuống. Phản ứng diễn ra rất nhanh.

Quan trọng cần lưu ý là ý định, cũng như cả người kiểm tra và người được kiểm tra đều  phải có điểm hiệu chỉnh trên 200 thì phản ứng mới chính xác.

Trải nghiệm từ các nhóm thảo luận trực tuyến cho thấy nhiều học viên thu được kết quả không chính xác. Nghiên cứu sâu hơn chỉ ra rằng ở điểm hiệu chỉnh 200, vẫn có 30% khả năng xảy ra lỗi. Thêm vào đó, chưa tới 12% học viên có độ chính xác trước sau như một, chủ yếu là do họ giữ một cách vô thức các định vị. Tầng ý thức của nhóm kiểm tra càng cao thì kết quả càng chính xác. Thái độ tốt nhất là không dính chấp, đồng thời đưa ra tuyên bố bắt đầu bằng: “Nhân danh lợi ích cao nhất, ______ có điểm hiệu chỉnh là đúng. Hơn 100. Hơn 200,” v.v. Việc đưa cụm “vì lợi ích cao nhất” vào bối cảnh làm tăng độ chính xác vì nó vượt qua các động cơ và quyền lợi cá nhân.

 

Suốt nhiều năm, người ta đều nghĩ rằng bài kiểm tra này chỉ là phản ứng cục bộ của hệ thống kinh mạch hoặc hệ thống miễn dịch của cơ thể. Nhưng, một công trình nghiên cứu sau này đã tiết lộ rằng phản ứng đó hoàn toàn không phải là phản ứng cục bộ với cơ thể, mà là phản ứng tổng thể của chính ý thức đối với năng lượng của một chất hoặc một lời tuyên bố. Cái gì đúng, cái gì có lợi hoặc hỗ trợ đời sống thì tạo ra phản ứng tích cực, xuất phát từ khu vực phi cá nhân của ý thức, vốn hiện diện trong tất cả mọi người đang sống. Cơ bắp trong cơ thể mạnh lên chứng tỏ rằng phản ứng là tích cực. Đồng tử cũng có phản ứng (dối trá thì đồng tử giãn ra và thật sự thì đồng tử co lại), chụp ảnh cộng hưởng từ cũng phát hiện được thay đổi trong chức năng của não bộ. (Để cho tiện, người ta thường dùng cơ delta^[1] làm cơ chỉ thị; tuy nhiên, có thể sử dụng bất kỳ cơ nào).

Trước khi đưa ra câu hỏi (dưới dạng một lời tuyên bố), cần xin phép; tức là nói: “Tôi xin phép hỏi về những điều tôi đang nghĩ”(Có/Không). Hoặc: “Công cuộc hiệu chỉnh này nhằm phục vụ cho những điều cao cả nhất”.

 

Nếu lời tuyên bố là sai hoặc một chất mà đối tượng đang cầm có hại, thì các cơ bắp yếu đi một cách nhanh chóng nhằm phản ứng trước mệnh lệnh: “Chống lại”. Kết quả này chứng tỏ rằng tác nhân kích thích là tiêu cực, không đúng sự thật, phản sự sống hoặc câu trả lời là “không”. Phản ứng diễn ra rất nhanh. Sau đó, cơ thể sẽ hồi phục nhanh chóng và cơ bắp căng lên như bình thường.

 

Có ba cách kiểm tra. Phương pháp được sử dụng trong nghiên cứu và cũng thường được sử dụng nhất cần hai người: người kiểm tra và đối tượng được kiểm tra. Không gian nên yên tĩnh và không có nhạc nền. Đối tượng được kiểm tra nhắm mắt lại. Người kiểm tra phải đưa ra câu hỏi dưới dạng một lời tuyên bố. Phản ứng của cơ bắp chính là câu trả lời “có” hoặc “không”. Ví dụ, không được hỏi: “Đây có phải là một con ngựa khỏe mạnh không?” Mà phải nói: “Con ngựa này khỏe”, hoặc ngược lại: “Con ngựa này ốm yếu”.

 

Sau khi đưa ra tuyên bố, người kiểm tra nói với đối tượng kiểm tra đang đang đưa thẳng cánh tay song song với mặt đất: “Chống lại”. Người kiểm tra ấn nhanh và nhẹ hai ngón tay lên cổ tay của cánh tay đang đưa ra. Cánh tay của đối tượng kiểm tra giữ chắc là “có”, còn yếu đi là “không có” (không). Phản ứng xảy ra ngay tức thì.

 

Phương pháp thứ hai gọi là vòng chữ O, một người cũng có thể làm được. Cong ngón cái và ngón giữa trên cùng một bàn tay thành hình chữ O, rồi níu chặt vào nhau. Sau đó móc ngón trỏ của bàn tay kia vào vòng O và tìm cách kéo hai ngón tay ra xa nhau. Lực giữa phản ứng “có” và “không” khác nhau đáng kể (Rose, 2001).

 

Phương pháp thứ ba là phương pháp đơn giản nhất, nhưng cũng như các phương pháp còn lại, đòi hỏi phải luyện tập thì mới thành thục. Chỉ cần nâng một vật nặng, ví dụ, cuốn từ điển dày hoặc vài viên gạch, từ mặt bàn lên tới thắt lưng. Nghĩ về một hình ảnh hoặc câu nói đúng cần tính điểm, rồi nâng vật nặng kia lên. Sau đó, ngược lại, nghĩ về một điều gì đó đã biết trước là sai. Để ý rằng, khi sự thật hiện lên trong tâm trí thì có thể nâng vật nặng một cách nhẹ nhàng, nhưng khi nghĩ đến cái sai (không đúng) thì phải cần nhiều sức hơn. Có thể dùng hai phương pháp đã nói bên trên để kiểm tra kết quả.

Hiệu chỉnh điểm các tầng cụ thể

Điểm tới hạn giữa tích cực và tiêu cực, giữa đúng và sai, hoặc giữa cái mang tính xây dựng và cái phá hủy, ở nằm ở tầng 200 (xem Bản đồ ý thức trong Phụ lục B). Bất kỳ cái gì trên 200 điểm, hoặc đúng, đều làm cho đối tượng khỏe lên; bất kỳ cái gì dưới 200 điểm, hoặc sai, đều làm cho cánh tay yếu đi.Bất cứ điều gì trong quá khứ hoặc hiện tại, trong đó có hình ảnh hoặc lời tuyên bố, các sự kiện lịch sử, các nhân vật quan trọng, đều có thể được kiểm tra mà không cần phát biểu thành lời.

 

Hiệu chỉnh bằng con sốVí dụ: “Lời dạy của Ramana Maharshi đạt hơn 700 điểm”. (Có/Không). Hoặc: “Hitler đạt hơn 200 điểm” (Có/Không). “Khi ông ta ngoài 20 tuổi”. (Có/Không). “Ngoài 30”. (Có/Không). “Ngoài 40”. (Có/Không). “Khi ông ta chết?” (Có/Không).

Ứng dụng

Không thể dùng bài kiểm tra cơ bắp đề đoán định tương lai; nếu không, câu hỏi sẽ trở thành vô cùng vô tận. Ý thức không có giới hạn về thời gian và không gian; tuy nhiên, có thể không được phép hỏi. Tất cả các sự kiện trong hiện tại hoặc trong quá khứ đều có thể hỏi. Câu trả lời là phi cá nhân và không phụ thuộc vào hệ thống niềm tin của cả người kiểm tra lẫn đối tượng được kiểm tra. Ví dụ, nguyên sinh chất rút lui khỏi các tác nhân kích thích độc hại và thịt chảy máu. Đó là những phẩm chất của những vật liệu dùng cho kiểm tra và chúng đều phi cá nhân. Ý thức thực sự chỉ biết mỗi sự thật, vì chỉ có sự thật mới thực sự tồn tại. Ý thức không phản ứng trước giả dối, vì giả dối không tồn tại trong Thực tại. Ý thức cũng sẽ không phản hồi chính xác trước những câu hỏi không chính trực hoặc vị kỷ.

 

Nói một cách chính xác, phản ứng của bài kiểm tra chỉ đơn thuần là là “bật” hoặc “không bật”. Tương tự như công tắc điện, chúng ta nói rằng điện đang “bật” và khi chúng ta sử dụng thuật ngữ “tắt”, chúng ta chỉ muốn nói rằng không có điện. Trên thực tế, không có gì gọi sự-tắt. Đây là tuyên bố tinh tế, nhưng quan trọng sống còn đối với việc nắm bắt bản chất của ý thức. Ý thức có khả năng nhận biết điều duy nhất là Sự thật. Nó chỉ đơn giản là không thể phản ứng trước sự giả dối. Tương tự như thế, một tấm gương chỉ phản chiếu hình ảnh khi có đối tượng để phản chiếu. Nếu không có đối tượng đứng trước gương thì không có hình ảnh phản chiếu trong gương.

Hiệu chỉnh điểm cho một tầng

Các tầng đã hiệu chỉnh có quan hệ với thang tham chiếu cụ thể. Để có các số liệu tương tự như trong Phụ lục B, phải tham chiếu bảng đó hoặc đưa ra một tuyên bố kiểu như: “Trên thang ý thức của con người từ 1 đến 1.000, trong đó 600 là Chứng ngộ, _______ đạt trên _______ (đưa ra một con số)”. Hoặc: “Trên thang ý thức trong đó 200 là tầng Sự thật và 500 là tầng Tình yêu, thì tuyên bố này đạt trên…” (đưa ra một con số).

 

Thông tin tổng quát

Mọi người, nhìn chung, muốn phân biệt thật giả. Vì thế, tuyên bố phải rất cụ thể. Tránh sử dụng các thuật ngữ chung chung, như công việc “tốt”, có thể xin vào làm. “Tốt” theo nghĩa nào? Mức lương? Điều kiện làm việc? Cơ hội thăng tiến? Cấp trên công tâm?

Thuần thục

Thường xuyên làm kiểm tra thì sẽ thuần thục dần. Những câu hỏi phù hợp và hầu như chính xác một cách kỳ lạ bắt đầu tuôn ra như suối. Nếu người kiểm tra và đối tượng được kiểm tra làm việc cùng nhau trong một khoảng thời gian nào đó, thì một người hoặc cả hai sẽ dần hình thành khả năng định vị chính xác một cách đáng kinh ngạc những câu hỏi cần phải hỏi, ngay cả khi cả hai người đều không biết trước đề tài được kiểm tra. Ví dụ, người kiểm tra đánh mất một vật và bắt đầu bằng câu: “Tôi để nó trong văn phòng của mình” (Trả lời: Không). “Tôi để trong ô tô” (Trả lời: Không). Đột nhiên, đối tượng kiểm tra gần như nhìn thấy vật đó và nói: “Hỏi đi, nó ở phía sau cửa nhà vệ sinh”. Người kiểm tra nói: “Vật đó đang treo ở phía sau cửa nhà vệ sinh” (Trả lời: Có). Trong tình huống thực này, đối tượng kiểm tra thậm chí không biết rằng người kiểm tra đã dừng xe để đổ xăng và treo áo khoác trong phòng vệ sinh của trạm xăng.

Có thể lấy được thông tin về bất cứ thứ gì, ở bất kỳ đâu trong thời gian hoặc không gian hiện tại hoặc quá khứ. Vấn đề là câu hỏi có được chấp thuận hay không mà thôi. (Đôi khi “không” được chấp thuận, có lẽ do nghiệp hoặc những lý do không biết khác). Bằng cách kiểm tra chéo, có thể dễ dàng khẳng định mức độ chính xác. Những người học được kỹ thuật này sẽ ngay lập tức thu được nhiều thông tin hơn hẳn những thông tin chứa trong tất cả các máy tính và thư viện trên toàn thế giới. Trước mắt họ sẽ mở ra vô vàn khả năng và triển vọng đầy ấn tượng.

Hạn chế

Kết quả kiểm tra chỉ chính xác nếu bản thân các đối tượng kiểm tra có điểm trên 200 và dùng cho mục đích chính trực, có điểm trên 200. Điều này đòi hỏi tính khách quan, không dính chấp và nhất quán với sự thật, chứ không phải là ý kiến chủ quan. Vì vậy, việc cố gắng chứng minh một quan điểm sẽ cho kết quả không chính xác. Do những nguyên nhân còn bí ẩn mà có những người không thể dùng bạn đời của mình làm đối tượng kiểm tra và có thể phải tìm người thứ ba để hợp tác.

 

Điều kiện để một người trở thành đối tượng kiểm tra là cánh tay của người đó phản ứng mạnh khi nghĩ đến một vật hoặc người đáng yêu, và yếu đi nếu nghĩ về cái tiêu cực (sợ hãi, ghét bỏ, tội lỗi, v.v..) (ví dụ, Winston Churchill làm cho cánh tay mạnh lên, còn Osama bin Laden làm cho cánh tay yếu đi).

Đôi khi, một đối tượng kiểm tra phù hợp vẫn có phản ứng ngược. Có thể xóa bỏ hiện tượng này bằng cách đấm vào tuyến ức. (Nắm bàn tay lại, đập mạnh ba lần vào phía trên xương ức, mỉm cười, nói “hahaha” và mường tượng một người nào đó hoặc một cái gì đó đáng yêu). Sự mất cân bằng tạm thời sẽ biến mất.

Mất cân bằng có thể là do đối tượng mới tiếp xúc với người tiêu cực, nghe nhạc rock heavy metal, xem các chương trình truyền hình bạo lực, chơi trò chơi điện tử bạo lực, v.v. Hiệu ứng độc hại mà năng lượng của âm nhạc tiêu cực gây ra cho hệ thống năng lượng của cơ thể còn kéo dài đến nửa tiếng đồng hồ sau khi nhạc đã tắt. Các chương trình quảng cáo trên truyền hình hoặc trên tivi cũng là nguồn năng lượng tiêu cực thường gặp.

 

Như đã nhận xét bên trên, phương pháp phân biệt thật giả và các tầng của sự thật được hiệu chỉnh có những yêu cầu rất nghiêm ngặt. Do những hạn chế này, cho nên chúng tôi đã cung cấp điểm của các tầng được hiệu chỉnh để độc giả dễ dàng tham khảo trong những cuốn sách xuất bản trước đây và nhất là trong cuốn Truth vs Falsehood.

Giải thích

Việc kiểm tra sức mạnh của cơ bắp hoàn toàn độc lập với ý kiến hay niềm tin cá nhân và là phản ứng phi cá nhân của trường ý thức; hệt như chất nguyên sinh, các phản ứng của nó cũng không có tính cá nhân. Đối tượng kiểm tra có phản ứng giống nhau, dù đề tài kiểm tra được diễn đạt bằng lời hay chỉ nghĩ thầm trong đầu là minh chứng cho nhận định vừa nêu. Như vậy là, câu hỏi không có tác động gì tới đối tượng kiểm tra, họ thậm chí không biết đấy là gì. Để chứng minh, xin làm bài kiểm tra sau đây:

 

Người kiểm tra nghĩ tới hình ảnh mà đối tượng kiểm tra không biết và tuyên bố: “Hình ảnh tôi đang nghĩ tới là tích cực” (hoặc “là đúng” hoặc “đạt trên 200 điểm”, v.v.). Theo hướng dẫn của người kiểm tra, đối tượng kiểm tra phản ứng lại lực đang ấn xuống cổ tay mình. Nếu người kiểm tra nghĩ đến hình ảnh tích cực (ví dụ, Abraham Lincoln, Chúa Jesus, Mẹ Teresa, v.v.), thì cơ cánh tay của đối tượng kiểm tra sẽ mạnh lên. Nếu người kiểm tra nghĩ tới một lời tuyên bố dối trá hay hình ảnh tiêu cực (ví dụ, bin Laden, Hitler, v.v.) thì cánh tay sẽ yếu đi. Do đối tượng kiểm tra không biết người kiểm tra nghĩ gì, cho nên niềm tin cá nhân không ảnh hưởng tới kết quả kiểm tra.

Những người không đủ tiêu chuẩn tham gia

Cả thái độ hoài nghi (160 điểm) và nhạo báng, cũng như vô thần, đều có điểm hiệu chỉnh dưới 200 vì chúng thể hiện định kiến tiêu cực. Ngược lại, việc tìm tòi thực sự đòi hỏi một tâm hồn cởi mở và trung thực, không có thái độ kiêu căng về trí tuệ. Những công trình nghiên cứu mang tính tiêu cực về phương pháp luận của phép kiểm tra này, cũng như những người thực hiện chúng, đều có điểm hiệu chỉnh chưa tới 200 (thường ở 160). 

 

Một người bình thường có thể ngạc nhiên nếu biết rằng, thậm chí các giáo sư nổi tiếng cũng có thể và thực sự có điểm hiệu chính dưới 200. Như vậy là, các công trình nghiên cứu mang tính tiêu cực là hệ quả của thành kiến tiêu cực. Ví dụ, đề cương nghiên cứu của Francis Crick dẫn đến khám phá ra mô hình xoắn kép của DNA đạt 440 điểm. Song đề cương nghiên cứu mới đây của ông nhằm chứng minh rằng ý thức chỉ là sản phẩm của hoạt động thần kinh chỉ đạt 135 điểm. (Crick là người vô thần).

 

Thất bại của các nhà nghiên cứu hoặc đề án nghiên cứu sai lầm có điểm hiệu chỉnh dưới 200 (thường là 160) càng khẳng định sự thật của chính phương pháp luận mà họ muốn bác bỏ. Họ sẽ thu được và quả thật đã thu được kết quả tiêu cực; kết quả này, ngược lại, càng chứng minh tính chính xác của bài kiểm tra nhằm phát hiện sự khác biệt giữa thái độ chính trực không thiên vị và không chính trực.

Bất kỳ phát hiện mới nào cũng đều có thể làm đảo lộn kế hoạch của người khác và bị coi là đe dọa, phá vỡ các hệ thống niềm tin đang thịnh hành. Công trình nghiên cứu ý thức khẳng định giá trị của Thực tại tâm linh, tất nhiên, sẽ có đối kháng, vì nó thực sự đối đầu trực diện với quyền thống trị của cốt lõi ái kỷ của chính bản ngã, vốn ngạo mạn và cố chấp ngay từ khi mới ra đời. 

 

Bên dưới tầng ý thức 200, khả năng nhận thức bị hạn chế, vì Tâm trí cấp thấp hơn giữ thế thượng phong. Tâm trí thấp hơn có khả năng nhận ra sự kiện, nhưng chưa có khả năng hiểu thế nào là sự thật (nó nhầm lẫn giữa cái bên trong (res interna) với cái bên ngoài (res externa) và cũng chưa hiểu rằng sự thật có các yếu tố sinh lý đi kèm khác hẳn với giả dối. Ngoài ra, sự thật được cảm nhận bằng trực giác – bằng chứng là việc sử dụng phương pháp phân tích giọng nói, nghiên cứu ngôn ngữ cơ thể, phản ứng của đồng tử, thay đổi điện não đồ, dao động trong hơi thở và huyết áp, phản ứng gọi là Phản ứng điện da (Galvanic skin response^[2]), cảm xạ, và thậm chí có thể dùng kỹ thuật Huna để đo chiều dài tia hào quang phát ra từ cơ thể. Một số người sử dụng kỹ thuật rất đơn giản: Đứng như một con lắc (ngả về đằng trước khi thấy sự thật và ngả về sau khi thấy dối trá).

Nhìn từ bối cảnh cao hơn, những nguyên tắc giữ thế thượng phong là giả dối không thể bác bỏ được Sự thật, cũng như bóng tối không thể bác bỏ được ánh sáng. Cái phi tuyến tính không bị giới hạn của cái tuyến tính tác động. Sự thật là hệ hình khác với logic và do đó, không thể chứng minh được, vì những thứ có thể chứng minh được chỉ có điểm hiệu chỉnh trong khoảng từ 400 đến 500 mà thôi. Phương pháp luận trong nghiên cứu ý thức đạt điểm 600, tức nằm ở vùng tiếp giáp giữa các chiều kích tuyến tính và phi tuyến tính. 

Những hiện tượng thiếu nhất quán

Sau một thời gian, cũng những người kiểm tra đó có thể thu được kết quả khác nhau, những người kiểm tra khác nhau cũng có thể thu được điểm hiệu chỉnh khác nhau vì một số lý do:

1. Hoàn cảnh, con người, chính trị, chính sách và thái độ thay đổi theo thời gian.

2. Trong lúc nghĩ về cái gì đó, người ta thường sử dụng các giác quan khác nhau, ví dụ thị giác, thính giác, hoặc cảm xúc. Do đó, khi bạn nghĩ tới mẹ mình, bạn có thể tưởng tượng ra hình ảnh, cảm xúc, giọng nói, v.v., hoặc Henry Ford có thể được hiệu chỉnh điểm số như một người cha, một nhà công nghiệp, hay dựa trên ảnh hưởng của ông đối với nước Mỹ, hoặc chủ nghĩa bài Do Thái của ông, v.v.

3. Tầng ý thức càng cao thì độ chính xác càng lớn (Các tầng trên 400 là chính xác nhất). Người thực hiện có thể xác định bối cảnh và kiên trì sử dụng phương thức thịnh hành nào đó. Một nhóm kiểm tra sử dụng cùng một kỹ thuật sẽ nhận được kết quả nhất quán trong nội bộ nhóm. Thực hành càng nhiều thì sẽ càng thuần thục. Tuy nhiên, có một số người không có thái độ vô tư, khoa học, và không thể suy xét một cách khách quan, và do đó, đối với họ, phương pháp kiểm tra này sẽ không chính xác. Tâm huyết và hướng đến chân lý phải được đặt lên trên ý kiến cá nhân và nỗ lực nhằm chứng minh ý kiến của mình là “đúng”.

Lưu ý

Người ta đã phát hiện được rằng kỹ thuật này không có tác dụng đối với những người có điểm hiệu chỉnh dưới 200, nhưng gần đây, người ta còn phát hiện thêm rằng kỹ thuật này không có hiệu quả nếu những người tham gia kiểm tra theo thuyết vô thần. Nguyên nhân có thể rất đơn giản: Chủ nghĩa vô thần có điểm hiệu chỉnh dưới 200; và theo quan hệ nghiệp lực luân báo, tư cách của người phủ nhận bị chính hành động phủ nhận chân lý hoặc Thánh thần (Chúa) của anh ta bác bỏ, hệt như lòng căm thù phủ nhận tình yêu.

 

Gần đây người ta cũng đã phát hiện ra rằng khả năng chính xác của kiểm tra hiệu chỉnh ý thức làm gia tăng tầng ý thức của người kiểm tra. Những người trong phạm vi từ 450 trở lên có được kết quả kiểm tra chính xác nhất.

[2] Phản ứng điện da (Galvanic skin response - GSR) hay hoạt động điện da (Electrodermal activity - EDA) và một số cách gọi khác là đặc tính của cơ thể con người trong việc tạo ra thay đổi liên tục về đặc tính điện của da. Lịch sử nghiên cứu lâu dài về các đặc tính điện chủ động và thụ động của da bởi nhiều ngành khác nhau đã dẫn đến vô số tên gọi, hiện được chuẩn hóa thành hoạt động điện da (EDA). Lý thuyết truyền thống về EDA cho rằng sức đề kháng của da thay đổi theo trạng thái của các tuyến mồ hôi trên da. Việc đổ mồ hôi được kiểm soát bởi hệ thống thần kinh giao cảm, và độ dẫn điện của da là dấu hiệu của sự kích thích tâm lý hoặc sinh lý. Nếu nhánh giao cảm của hệ thống thần kinh thực vật bị kích thích mạnh, thì hoạt động của tuyến mồ hôi cũng tăng lên, do đó làm tăng độ dẫn điện của da. Theo cách này, độ dẫn điện của da có thể là thước đo phản ứng cảm xúc và thấu cảm – ND.
